Anytime again
The holiday home is somewhat outdated in terms of furnishings, but only in terms of style, nothing is broken.
One improvement point would be a kind of guideline written down for the house: Where to find what and how things work, what to consider, etc. However, information was quickly provided upon request.
The location is simply perfect! Not far from the beach, 5-10 minutes on foot.

3 weeks dream holiday
This house has a dream location, situated in a very quiet bay. Dolphins could be seen every day directly from the pool, perfect for enjoying the holiday. The spacious house has everything you need.
It is only a few minutes' walk to the extensive beach. In general, the location is very central to make some excursions and to enjoy the sunset in the evening.
We thank the Kovacsovic couple and will definitely book again.

Very beautiful sea location
The house is located directly by the sea, so you can really switch off on the jetty directly by the sea.
The house has everything you need.
The furniture is a bit older but functional.

Beautifully situated holiday home with a fantastic view
We enjoyed the quietly located holiday home for 4 days during our Florida round trip to visit Clearwater Beach and Busch Gardens, among others. The Indian Rocks Beach area is much more cosy, very nice empty beach within walking distance, nice neighbours and a Blue Herin that visited us daily at the pool, all very idyllic.

Abzocke der Kaution
Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die elektronischen Geräte auch! Es gab nur zwei intakte Sonnenliegen, was definitiv zu wenig ist. Das WLAN ist sehr schwach.
Im Nachhinein wurde behauptet, dass wir Dinge beschädigt haben bzw. entwendet hätten. Was nicht stimmt. Die Kaution wurde nicht zurück gezahlt.

Wir haben Frau Simon von der Kaution 50,00 Euro einbehalten, da der Innenraum der Mikrowelle
( Schaden 650 US$ ) vermutlich durch einen metallischen Gegenstand beschädigt wurde. Des weiteren war eine Lampenabdeckung im Innenraum des Gefrierschrankes durch falsche Montage gebrochen und noch anderes. Es gibt einen Tisch mit 6 Sesseln auf der Terrasse und einen rustikalen Tisch mit 2 Bänken auf dem Dock. Es gibt auch zusätzlich 2 Sonnenliegen und 4 Strandstühle. Wir können nicht jeden Sonderwunsch erfüllen, wie zum Beispiel wie gewünscht wurde Weihnachtsbaum mit andersfarbigen Kugeln und Lichterketten wie vorhanden.
WLan ist High Speed Internet das Frau Simon kostenlos nutzte. Bei Einwahl mit 3 Endgeräten ist die Kapazität irgendwan auch erschöpft.

Holiday perfect
Everything needed was available. The location was fantastic. The pool was clean. You couldn't find fault with anything. The only thing that was a bit bothersome was that the dock is in need of renovation. But otherwise, highly recommended.

A dream
The house was really great, although it was a bit older, everything was clean and worked perfectly. Communication with the landlord was very pleasant, we always received an immediate response, it was a very nice contact. The location is very quiet, the only "noise" was made by the birds, which are very curious and not at all shy. We also regularly saw dolphins and stingrays. In short, the house is highly recommended, we had two unforgettable weeks there and would book it again immediately!

Very relaxed vacation
For several years, Florida has been one of our top vacation destinations. The vacation home has a beautiful location on one of the inland bays, only 800m from the sea. Along the beach, there are many bars and restaurants. The nightlife district of Clearwater Beach was quickly accessible (5 minutes by car). The house itself was clean and well equipped (bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, terrace table, grill, garden chairs, etc. - everything was there). We were able to really relax there. On the terrace, you can sit and grill in a relaxed atmosphere. The garden is in bloom and the pool is great for cooling off. Inside the house, we found many brochures for day trips - we didn't get bored. We would love to come back next year!

Simply GREAT.
After a long flight, a already cooled house was waiting for us. It was easy to find from the airport. We quenched our thirst with the drinks from the fridge, as we didn't want to go shopping late in the evening. The next morning, we woke up early due to the time difference and we were thrilled with our first walk in and around the house. We have spent many vacations in Florida but we have never found such a great location anywhere else. Everything was blooming, the view from the pier was phenomenal, it also became our favorite spot. From here, we saw dolphins in the bay almost every day, once a whole family of manatees even stayed at the boat dock.
In the house, we found everything like at home, we didn't miss anything. Everything was clean. The furnishings are not luxurious but very practical for a vacation home and you immediately feel comfortable.
The beach is only a few minutes away, passing by beautiful houses. There were also free parking spaces at the beach if you don't want to walk a few minutes.
The beach is spacious but without a lifeguard.
On the nearby beach road, there are plenty of restaurants from cheap to expensive, from simple typical American to sophisticated. Our favorite restaurant was Cody's Roadhouse with delicious ribs, fajitas, and a whole evening Happy Hour with rum runners.
We could write so much more here, but one thing we will definitely do is come back here for another vacation.
