At holiday park Oud Kempen in Stavenisse on Tholen, you can rent his luxurious 6-person holiday home. It's a cozy home that's been furnished fully and comfortably, including a covered terrace as well as a spacious, fully enclosed garden for the children and dogs to play without any problems.

The cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users and disabled access. Stavenisse is located at walking distance from the Oosterschelde where you'll have plenty of water sports opportunities, such as swimming, surfing and sailing. It's a very beautiful area to go on long hikes or bicycle trips, and the many country roads will lead you along the most beautiful spots. Various cities like Antwerpen, Bergen op Zoom and Rotterdam are easily accessible and will offer you many events and attractions in case you'd like to go on a day trip. The holiday park features a reception, a bistro, a playing field and a tennis court, and during summer you will be able to make use of the open-air swimming pool. However, if you simply change your mind or if there's bad weather, you will not receive any money back. The terms and conditions specify exactly what is and is not covered and what you need to do to file a claim. We collaborate with RecreatieVerzekeringen.nl to arrange your insurance. They ultimately decide whether your claim is valid and how much money you will receive back. Costs You pay 5.5% of the total rental cost of your vacation plus €3.50 for the policy and 21% insurance tax. The premium must be paid immediately after booking your trip. Let us know within five days who will be accompanying you. If you forget to do this or do it too late, you may not be covered by the insurance.
