Description

Just outside Zoutelande you can rent this wonderful, luxurious 4-person holiday house. This comfortable, fully furnished holiday house is entirely situated on the ground floor. It offers a wonderful view of the dunes and a wonderful, sunny garden, a perfect place to admire the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening. There is a large playing field for kids and also a small meadow with a couple of sheep and chickens. 



Shops are situated within walking distance. Zoutelande offers several restaurants and terraces. Zoutelande offers the only south-facing beach of the Netherlands and, thus, most sun hours. The beach offers two beach pavilions, situated at only one km of the holiday house. Don’t hesitate, rent this wonderful holiday house in Zoutelande, Walcheren and experience a fantastic holiday!

Coverage This insurance covers unexpected events such as serious illness or an accident involving you or a family member, the death of a family member, sudden unemployment, natural disasters, and other unexpected situations. However, if you simply change your mind or if there's bad weather, you will not receive any money back. The terms and conditions specify exactly what is and is not covered and what you need to do to file a claim. We collaborate with RecreatieVerzekeringen.nl to arrange your insurance. They ultimately decide whether your claim is valid and how much money you will receive back. Costs You pay 5.5% of the total rental cost of your vacation plus €3.50 for the policy and 21% insurance tax. The premium must be paid immediately after booking your trip. Let us know within five days who will be accompanying you. If you forget to do this or do it too late, you may not be covered by the insurance. Gut und komfortabel ausgestattet. Leider im großen Schlafzimmer etwas stockig und feucht, müsste wohl mehr beheizt werden

Es ist ein schönes Haus. Nur der Geruch ist modrig und die Bettwäsche war bei mir voller Katzenhaare obwohl Tiere gar nicht erlaubt waren. Da war eine Hofkatze vielleicht lag sie ja drin.
