The Holiday home

The garden of this villa becomes an incomparable place where relaxing and enjoying a total privacy in this extraordinary island. All little corners emanate life, fun and calm. A never-ending greenery surrounding the chlorine pool will make you feel in the paradise itself. It sizes 10 x 5 metres, with a 0.80 to 2 metres depth and exterior shower. There are 8 sun loungers around together with a Bali bed perfect for you to stay during the hours of sun, or even at night admiring the starry sky. The barbecue is also a good option.

The interior, with stoned walls, is very spacious and comfortable and it offers two floors. On the main floor, you will find a functional kitchen with a ceramic hob and open to the living and dining areas, It is perfect to cook your best dishes and have them easily on the table. Later on you can rest while watching satellite TV. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three shower bathrooms in total. The first one is downstairs, the second is on the first floor, the last one is outside, in case you want to wash off the chlorine after the swim. Referring to the bedrooms, there is one on the ground floor -with a double bed-, and three more upstairs -one with a double bed and two with two twin beds each-. All bedrooms come with a fan and room for a cot and a high chair, although just 3 have a closet.

The accommodation offers central heating for the winter season.

The rural and farming area of Es Llombards - Santanyí is full of ideal paths and routes for hiking. It is located in the south of the island, with easy access to paradisaical beaches and coves, as well as the protected natural area of Es Mondragó. The nearest becah is the beautiful cove of Cala s'Almonia. In Santanyí you will find all needed services like shops, restaurants and leisure offers.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
