Description
Holiday home 130sqm, for sole use on cosy sunny plot up to 4 persons.
Our 2-bedroom holiday home is located in a nice, small new development in a quiet location in the border triangle of Germany, France, Switzerland and Alsace. Auggen - wine and recreation village in the Markgräflerland.
From here you can start cycling tours on the German-French cycling paths, several golf courses and tennis are nearby, or you can take a boat trip along the Rhine
The terrace with garden furniture overlooks the vineyards
On the ground floor is the living area, the open plan kitchen and a WC, on the upper floor are the bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower, bath, WC and bidet.
In the living area we have SAT-TV, stereo radio system with CD, MP3, Bluetooth, WIFI-WLAN, a washing machine is in the basement.
Other:
Garden, terrace, garden furniture, parking space and carport with a room for bicycles.

Our sunny, light filled holiday home has been furnished with love and care. It is well equipped because we want you to feel at home and here you will relax and regenerate.
The newly built house is located in a small housing development quiet and conveniently close to all amenities with views of the vineyards ( Auggener Schaef ). From the wine-growing landscape dominated around Auggen , coupled with the reputedly good "Baden cuisine" you will find excellent cycling and walking trails. Located in the border triangle of Germany, France, Switzerland and close to the Black Forrest and Freiburg. Golf in Chalampė , Kandern and Bellingen.
Our open plan kitchen is outstandingly equipped. On the ground floor is a WC, on the first floor you find a bathroom with large shower , bath , toilet and bidet hair dryer and
1 double bedroom with radio alarm and alarm clock, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and radio alarm.

Beautiful vacation home
The holiday home is not only extremely clean and cozy, but also the detailed furnishings show how much love the owners put into their holiday home. Especially the lovingly furnished living room, from which you can directly access the terrace and enjoy the view of the vineyards, made our stay particularly special.

We would have liked to stay longer.
A truly enjoyable vacation experience. There isn't much to say about the house, everything was as described and well-equipped and clean. The location is central, good for any kind of excursions, yet very quiet. We ate well in the village, the neighbors are really nice.

Flat to feel good
We were very pleased with this bright and clean accommodation. The kitchen is also very well equipped, right down to the citrus press. The house is very quiet and yet centrally located.
If every guest leaves the house as they found it and takes care of everything, it will still be a very nice place to stay in a few years.
A big thank you to the host couple for the friendly encounter. We look forward to our next stay.

A successful stay
We received a very friendly welcome. The house is a dream. Everything is available and super clean. All shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. It was good that we could park our bikes in the locked room behind the carport.

Recovery could hardly be better
The Ferienhauspeter was the ideal holiday paradise for us to relax and be satisfied.
The house and the beautiful large garden were exactly to our taste and our expectations were even exceeded.
The nice landlords were very helpful and already had cycling tours and excursions ready in a folder.

wonderful short vacation

That's how it should be
We really enjoyed our stay in Auggen.
We found a beautiful, bright, and spacious holiday home. It was clean and tastefully furnished. The location is peaceful and scenic, with views of the vineyards. There was a large garden available.
Despite social distancing due to Corona, we had a very nice contact with the Bilecki family. They gave us good tips for our trips in the area.

gut wie zuvor
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Ferienhaus. Ausreichend Platz für uns 4 Personen. Saubere und gepflegte Ausstattung. Eine große Terrasse und großer Garten ermöglichen es, von morgens bis abends den tollen Ausblick und die Sonne zu geniessen auch jetzt in der kalten Jahreszeit. Zu Fuß ist man in weniger als 5 Min. beim Bäcker, Supermarkt und im Zentrum. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und so sind von unserer Seite keine Wünsche offen geblieben. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Wir fanden alles wie beschrieben.
Das Haus ist noch geräumiger, als erwartet. Schön ist auch der Garten/Terrasse. Wir wurden sehr nett von den Vermietern empfangen.
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr praktisch und zentral. Weit genug weg von der Straße, dass man diese nicht hört. Fußläufig geht es zu einem sehr guten Bäcker und Supermarkt und einigen guten Gaststätten und natürlich kann man auch Wanderungen direkt vor der Haustür starten

So soll ein Urlaub sein
Dieses Ferienhaus bietet mehr als die Meisten. Es ist wirklich gemütlich und wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Es ist nicht nur alles vorhanden was man braucht, sondern es gibt viele Kleinigkeiten die erst eine richtig runde Sache aus dem Haus machen.
Außerdem ist das Haus noch geräumiger, als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Toll ist auch der Garten/Terrasse. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen.
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr praktisch. Weit genug weg von der Straße, dass man diese nicht hört. Fußläufig geht es zu einem sehr guten Bäcker / Konditor, Supermarkt und einigen guten Gaststätten und natürlich kann man auch Wanderungen direkt vor der Haustür starten. Alles andere wie viele Wanderwege, die Therme Bad Bellingen und Badenweiler und viele Freizeitangebote sind sehr schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

wir kommen gerne wieder
Das Ferienhaus ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Besitzer haben wirklich an alles gedacht und sind sehr nett. Man muss wirklich nichts mitnehmen, was in anderen Ferienhäusern der Fall ist. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich. Die Räume sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Terrasse ist ausreichend groß. Das Grundstück lädt zum Federball oder Ball spielen ein. Und auch WLAN gab es.
Fazit: Wir können das Ferienhaus 58 uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Es sind sehr nette Besitzer / Vermieter. Die liebevolle Unterkunft bietet viele Highlights für Alt und Jung (großer Garten mit Liege-, Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill). Schönes Haus inkl. großem Ess-, Wohnbereich mit super Küche. Alles war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. “

Super stay
My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with this house: it is located in a quiet, nice new development in Auggen, surrounded by an attractive garden and tastefully furnished and optimally equipped. There was really nothing missing and it is very clean. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time for all the excursions. We felt very comfortable. The care provided by the landlords in the run-up to and during our stay also contributed to this. We can recommend this holiday home without reservation. We will gladly come back and then with our bikes, because it is perfect for cycling in and around Auggen.
