The Holiday home

CASA BARBERA - PRIVATE STRUCTURE: In a scenery of suggestive hamlets and hill sides at only few kilometers from the town of Casale Monferrato, right in the heart of UNESCO World Heritage Site sits villa Barbera with its breathtaking view. This is the ideal location for those who wish to spend their vacation immersed in the richness of the local Art and History. At the same time being connected with nature and local tradition. Externally the property offers a well cared park, enriched with a gracious pergola, and a very large rectangle swimming pool.

INTERIORS
The house has two floors, on the ground floor there is a living-room with comfortable sofa, a nice fireplace and TV, connected with a french-door to the garden, a very equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden and a small studio with TV. Also on this floor there is one bathroom with shower and washing machine. All the rooms of the ground floor, excet the bathroom, are connected with french-doors to the garden. An interior staircase leads to the upper level where there are one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two double bedrooms which shared a bathroom with shower. This property has a unique interior elegance which distinguishes it from the others.

On the front of the house the lawned garden completely enclosed gives a sense of peace and tranquility also thanks to its breathtaking view either from the pergola and from the pool area.The garden, on three sides of the house, measures about 8500 square metres. In front of the house there is a pergola with a table ideal for dine outside enjoying the fantastic view. Walking down 5 steps on a lower level there is the swimming pool with rectangular shape and salt depuration. The entrance in pool is through 5 steps and measures about 10,28x5,25 metres with a depth from 1.50 to 2,00 metres. The pool area is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. On the side of the house there is a pergola, ideal place morning breakfast or take a break drinking of Barbera, a red wine with raw salami, natural flavored with truffle, or cooked salami, all together with Robiola di Cocconato or the Toma del Monferrato, all delicious culinary excellences of the region.
