The Holiday home

You will feel the touch of the sea breeze when sitting at the terrace in front of the house, enjoying a delicious coffee or tea and an interesting reading. From here, you will be able to breath the authentic essence of the summer villages, some privileged coastal places where you will find just peace and quietness by the sea. You reach the water in just 5 minutes walk from the property. Stopping by and admiring the waves breaking against the rocks is a true wonder. Later on, in about 20 minutes walk (or 5 minutes drive), you arrive to the white sandy beach, a paradise in itself. When you come back from the beach, maybe you feel like a cold drink at the back courtyard, or simply a barbecue outdoors. You will find a great room by the courtyard where you can organise that succulent barbecue and continue the evening playing ping pong.

This is a wonderful two-storey house. On the main floor, you find the living and dining room with two comfortable sofas to watch the satellite TV channels or to take a nap while cooling down with the air-conditioning. The fireplace in this room is simply a decorative feature that emphasises the character of the room. The modern and independent kitchen offers a ceramic hob. Our guests find their place to rest in three bedrooms, all of them with two twin beds each as well as air-conditioning and a closet. Two of them still are on the ground floor and the last one is upstairs, and it also features a TV set only with Spanish channels. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. You will find two shower bathrooms, but one of them is an exterior bathroom. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

This beautiful accommodation is placed in a perfect area for those who want to relax and forget about daily routine. Apart from the impressive beach, sa Ràpita offers all needed services for the nicest stay. The fine sandy beach of es Trenc also is very near. This is a natural jewel, protected by its dune system, that will amaze you with its extremely white sand and transparent water.
