Descriptions

The Holiday home

The garden emanates pure nature throughout its beautiful corners. You will find plenty of trees, plants and greenery around the wonderful chlorine pool, and you will enjoy total peace while swimming or basking in the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers. The pool sizes 8 x 4.5 metres and its water depth ranges from 0.8 to 1.6 metres. There also is an exterior shower. By the pool, you will find a great porch with a gas barbecue as well as wood one, where you will cook succulent dishes to enjoy under the porch. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

This great two storey house, characterised by its delicious delicacy, personality and simplicity, welcomes you at the spacious hall which leads to the beautiful living-dining room equipped with a great sofa, AC, TV-Sat and a DVD player. Next you find the kitchen, equipped with professional appliances that include a gas top, microwave, coffee maker, oven, a large fridge and a table with chairs that you can use in case you prefer to enjoy your meals right here. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor. The great staircase leads to the first floor. Here you will find a second living area with AC where you can spend great moments playing pool or chatting all together. On this floor you will also find a bathroom with independent shower and tub and two bedrooms, both with a double bed and AC. One of the bedrooms features an en-suite shower bathroom and a walk-in closet, while the other has a closet. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Finally, the house offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board so that you can do the laundry as if you were at home.

Caimari is a charming village at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, where you can breathe the family and quiet atmosphere. You will find any grocery shop in the town centre as well as some cafes and restaurants. A 10 minutes drive leads you to the livelier town of Inca, with all sorts of services, shops, supermarkets and leisure. In addition, its flea market takes place every Thursday morning. If you feel like knowing spectacular places we invite you to visit the Caves of Campanet, the well-known Fonts Ufanes -a subterranean stream that springs after heavy rain- or the picturesque towns of Soller and Valldemossa. If you like going to the beach, the nearest one is in Puerto de Alcudia which is about 30 km away. Other amazing beaches are Playa de Muro, Cas Capellans or Son Serra de Marina.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
