The Holiday home

In this beautiful country house, you will find yourself in the most absolute calm and privacy. The property is formed by two small buildings and has exteriors full of life, trees, plants and land. Both porch and terrace are furnished, and they are perfect for preparing some exquisite grilled recipes. Afterwards, you can stroll through the countryside, simply relax on the four sun loungers or sit on the swing while enjoying the gentle breeze and the birds sounds.

Each building is a cozy and welcoming little house that separates the common areas from the bedrooms. In the first building, you will find a great space that unifies the kitchen and the dining room in which you can dine all together entertained by the Satellite television or you could relax in one of the two arm chairs to read a book. A bathroom with a shower and a bidet, as well as a laundrette composed of a washing machine, ironing board and a iron complete this house. The second building you can find a bathroom with a bidet and shower, two double bedrooms, air conditioning, wardrobe and space for a cot and a high chair in case of needed.

The finca its located around 8.6km away from the well known and idyllic beach of Es Trenc. For beach lovers, you can surely spend one of the best days of your holiday.
Also, along the coast you can access many more dreamy coves such as Cala Santanyí or Cala Llombards. On the way, you can stop at a wide variety of bars and restaurants to try our Mallorcan delights. The capital, Palma de Mallorca, is about 30 minutes drive away but it is worth it if you are attracted by the history and the typical old streets.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
