The Holiday home

This country house offers a fresh and lively garden and all around. The lawn, surrounding the salted pool, creates the perfect place for bare foot little walks feeling the freshness or to place up to 12 sun loungers and sunbathe or read a book comfortably under the thatched parasols. There also is a children corner where they can play outdoors. When it becomes really hot, the best plan is a dip into the pool. It sizes 10 x 5 metres and the depth goes from 0.90 to 2.20 metres. After the swim, the barbecue and the large wooden table are waiting for you. In short, let's say this is a little paradise where you will disconnect from the real world and rest with total privacy.

The accommodation, fully sustainable with solar energy, has two buildings, the main house and a little annexed house.

In the main house you will find a comfortable and large living-dining room where you can sit all together for meals and sit on the sofa to watch the satellite TV afterwards. The kitchen, with a gas stove and beautiful mountain views, is open to that space so its is very useful because there are just two steps from the stove to the table. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at the laundry room. Regarding the bedrooms, all of them with a closet and a fan, you will find four of them here. One has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. The other three come with two twin beds each. The last of these three counts with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and access to the outside. There is another shower bathroom for the rest of this main house.

The annexed little house has a special charm, with a thatched roof terrace where you can admire the pond of natural water and the mountain landscape. When you enter, a simple and cosy living room, ideal for board games, leads to two more bedrooms with two twin beds each, and a shower bathroom. One cot and two high chairs are available in case you travel with your baby.

This accommodation offers central heating for the coldest months in the bedrooms and bathrooms and underfloor heating in the communal areas of the main house.

Located at one side of the road that goes from Son Carrió, a little village belonging to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, with sa Coma, this finca owns a good and easy communication to any spot of this area. All kinds of services you may need are easily reachable as well as beautiful beaches like Sa Coma, Cala Millor, Portocristo or S'Illot. If you feel like, you can even enjoy a boat excursion through the area of Llevant or visit the mythical caves of Hams.

There is exterior parking for 4 cars and covered parking for 2 more.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
