The Holiday home

The main character in this wonderful house is the pool. It is a chlorine pool sizing 9.5 x 4.5 metres while its depth goes from 0.8 to 1.9 metres. It comes with 8 sunbeds where you can sunbathe or read a book or a magazine under the sunshade while the little ones enjoy the water. There i also an exterior shower to cool up or wash off the salt of the sea after a beach day. The surrounding greenery will allow you to find the peace that is not easy to find in every day life. By the house tou will find a great porch furnished as a chill-out zone to take a vermouth before the delicious barbecue of grilled meats and vegetables that you can taste at the other furnished porch with an exterior dining table. There is also a wood oven at the barbecue area where you can cook delightful roasts. The property is fenced and you will enjoy total privacy in it.

The interior of the house is characterised by the traditional Mallorcan architecture of wooden beams, the typical arches and the stoned walls which come with a traditional and comfortable furniture, with all comforts for a perfect stay. When you get in, you will find a spacious air-conditioned living room where you can sit on the sofa and watch satellite TV. Then the kitchen which is fulli equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ... a comfortable countertop island as well as a dining table for 6 people. There is a second kitchen, more informal, with a huge dining table for 8 people where you can cook surrounded by your loved ones and warm up by the fireplace on the coldest days. It also has a gas hob and dishwasher. There is an independent laundry provided with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

When it is time to go to bed, this house offers 4 bedrooms, all on the ground floor. The first one has a double bed, a closet and a fan. The second also presents a double bed, a fan and a walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom comes with a double bed a fan and a closet. And finally the last bedroom counts with two twin beds a fan and a closet. If you are travelling with a baby we can also prepare a cot and a high chair. There are three bathrooms, two of them with a shower and the other with a shower and a bathtub. There is another room for children to play and a relax area upstairs. The house offers central heating for the winter season.

This property is only 4.5 km from Manacor. There you will find all needed services for an independent stay (supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, a hospital,...) as well as a great loca atmosphere to learn about Mallorcan customs. The nearest beach is Porto Cristo only 18 km away, but this is an area of lovely beaches and coves, Calas de Mallorca. No doubt you must visit the Drac Caves and if you are a golf lover you can go to Rotana Greens course.
