Haus Atlantic - a lovingly restored spa-style villa - is located directly on the fashionable Binz beach promenade and on the fine long sandy beach. It offers you a highly comfortable holiday ambience directly on the beach.
Enjoy the sun on a 20 sqm balcony (panoramic view over the bay) until late in the evening. Wonderful!
The light-flooded, spacious 120 m² flat "Penthouse" is equipped with a modern tiled floor
The bright living room with electric TV couch and dining area, a 55" UHD TV with BluRay/DVD player, free WLAN/Internet, a stereo system with DAB+ and CD certainly leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchenette adjoining the living room with a large fridge and freezer compartment, dishwasher and induction hob is equipped with all the essentials.
The two separate bedrooms are wonderful for dreaming and have a sea view.
The "Penthouse" flat is in a great location, right in the middle of the historic beach promenade and directly on the beautiful, fine sandy beach. The beach stretches for kilometres and makes Binz an absolute bathing paradise for young and old.
Binz's spa architecture shines in all its glory here. The pier, the spa square and the centre with its many cosy outdoor cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities are only a few steps away.

The flat offers enough space for 5-6 persons (2 double beds + 1 single bed (extendable to 170x200 - double bed))
WLAN free of charge, 2 bathrooms with tub and shower, washing machine + dryer, 1 large panoramic balcony, 3 flat screen TVs (1x 55" UHD & 2x 40") and BluRay player, a sound system with DAB+ .
The villa has of course a lift. A parking space is located directly on the property (also suitable for large cars). From 01 May - 30 October, a private beach chair belongs to the flat.
A baby cot with separate mattress and changing mat can be booked if required.
The villa is located directly on the beach, yet only a few minutes' walk to the enchanting town centre, the pier and the magnificent Kurhaus.
The flat is located directly by the sea, in the best and most beautiful location.
Our flat was awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV) in January 2019 for an occupancy of up to 4 guests!

Very relaxing holiday even with little sunshine
We felt very comfortable, even if the weather didn't quite cooperate. The location and size of the apartment is perfect. When three generations relax together in a penthouse, it can only have been the best choice. Nothing was missing. From booking to departure there was always a helpful contact person. If Binz, then always again in this beautiful bathing villa.
