The small town house is located in the middle of Domburg. The studio is located on the 2nd floor and offers a lot of peace and comfort. Enjoy from there a great view of the idyllic city and the hustle and bustle. You will find peace and quiet on your balcony facing southwest, seating furniture is available. Here you can enjoy the sun in the morning and early afternoon.
The apartment has all comforts. The living-dining room is equipped with a sitting area with table, TV set and a small kitchen block (2-plate stove) as well as coffee machine and electric kettle.
The bedroom has 2 single beds. In the pointed floor you will find a sofa bed for 2 persons.
This bedroom is only accessible via a steep staircase, very comfortable with a view to the sea. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
In direct connection you can spoil yourself in the many restaurants of Domburg or go shopping in the numerous shops and boutiques.
Beach and sea can be reached in a few steps, as can the various beach restaurants.
You have within walking distance all possibilities from the "Seebad Domburg"
The studio is only for non-smokers and pets are not allowed. Of course you can also book a parking space for your car, please indicate it when booking.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.

Domburg is a real seaside resort, there is a lot going on here in summer, but it is also cosy. The beach is wide and clean, the village looks picturesque with its old buildings. Domburg is the oldest seaside resort in Zeeland. The bathers came to the spa, and you can still do this nowadays in the clean sea air and natural environment.
Domburg has a wide sandy beach. Everywhere you will find beach pavilions and beach cabins. There are running boards on the beach which make it easy to get to the beach with prams and/or wheelchairs. When you want to fly a hang glider, you can do it at the east and west beaches.
The centre of the village is directly behind the dunes. Cosiness is his trump card. The shopping streets, terraces and the swimming paradise ensure that you don't get bored for a second. Besides the modern facilities you will also find a lot of cultural history here. At the beginning of the 20th century many artists came to Domburg to be inspired. So also the famous Piet Mondriaan, Jan Toorop and his daughter Charley, Mies Elout-Drabbe, and many others.
Domburg is situated on the edge of the nature reserve "De Manteling", a unique forest area at the edge of the dunes. An enormous variety of animals and plants can be found here. The forest stretches from Domburg to Oostkapelle. You imagine yourself in the Middle Ages when you meet the castle "Westhove" with its moat and castle garden. Here you can also visit "Terra Maris", where everything is explained about the flora and fauna of "De Manteling".
