Detached beautiful holiday home for 6 persons, one pet is allowed, non-smoking house!!! Very tastefully and modernly furnished. to the beach.

On the ground floor there are:
Spacious hallway, to the left of which is the toilet. At the end of the hall is a modern bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
Passage to the kitchen and the living-dining area. Open kitchen with dining area. Dining table with 6 chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 5 plate gas hob with wok (), combi microwave with oven. From here a door leads to the terrace.
Spacious, bright living room with a corner couch and 2 armchairs. Cable TV, radio and fireplace.
Separate room where the washing machine is located.
Floor coverings: Ground floor: tiles with underfloor heating, first floor: carpeting.
The house is equipped with underfloor heating. WLAN is available.
3 bedrooms: in each bedroom there is a double bed.
In one bedroom the bed is 1.80x2m , in the other two bedrooms the bed is 1.40x2m. In each bedroom there is enough storage space for your clothes.
Garden: The plot is 410sqm. The enclosed floor space of the house is 10x8m.
Next to the house is a stone garden shed for bicycles, cushions, beach toys, etc.
There are 4 bikes available: 1 men's bike with gears, 1 ladies' bike with gears and 2 ladies' bikes without gears. No guarantee is given for the roadworthiness of the bikes. There is therefore no reason to reduce the rent if the bikes are unroadworthy.
A cosy garden pavilion with 4 lounge chairs invites you to linger.
The spacious terrace is equipped with a large corner bench 2,40x2,40m with comfortable cushions. 2 sun loungers each 1.00x2.00m. The stone barbecue ensures a delicious meal.

Cottage in the Sandepark in Groote Keeten.
The beach is only 600 meters away and within walking distance. You can also rent bicycles from us on site and explore the dunes in an optimal way
In summer the beach pavilion invites you to linger, in winter the newly built restaurant at the beach entrance. In the park itself there is a fishing pond, which is used by children for rafting, a huge playground with a football field (where young and old play a match every evening), a new playground with a table tennis table and boule courts.
Callantsoog, one of the oldest seaside resorts in North Holland, is located about 4 km north.
