The Holiday home
The villa is situated on a 1200 closed plot, it has a very well equipped kitchen, a large living room with satellite TV, a separate dining area, 5 large air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a games room with table tennis and table football. There is also a large selection of books in the library
The three large, shaded terraces invite you to stay and eat in the tropical garden with sea view - a gas grill is available.
The swimming pool of 8*5 metres invites you to swim - sunbeds under parasols are available all around.
In and in front of the garage several cars have a safe parking place.
The Costa del Sol with its wide sandy beaches, numerous golf courses, beautiful sunsets, idyllic white villages, the old town of Malaga with its museums, the cathedral, the shopping streets, the market hall, offers numerous leisure activities.
Villa Marbesa is located at the Urbanisación Marbesa, in the middle between the old town of Marbella and Fuengirola. The quiet and pretty settlement of detached houses and villas with flowering gardens is crossed by palm and pine lined residential streets. It extends directly to the sea on a slope. The coastal road runs inland above the settlement, so there is no separation between settlement and beach. Marbesa is ideally situated for a wide range of sporting activities, leisure attractions and excursion destinations and offers a fascinating view of Gibraltar and the North African coast when visibility is good.
The detached house with private garden and several terraces lies above the residential street set back in direct proximity to the sea. An atmospheric Moorish watchtower marks the entrance to the beach. To the east borders one of the rare still original dune landscapes with a wide sandy beach up to the small harbour Puerto Cabopino. To the west there are sandy beaches all the way to Marbella with many restaurants, chiringuitos and beach clubs offering beach loungers and umbrellas.
The house is particularly suitable for families with small and older children due to the enclosed garden and its immediate proximity to the beach. But also hikers and golfers are in good hands with us - especially in spring and autumn.

Location and surroundings of object
From Málaga airport (40 km), take the A7 coastal road (Las Chapas exit) or the S-Bahn (Renfe) to Fuengirola, where you can take a taxi or bus.
Villa Marbesa is located between the old town of Marbella (12km) and Fuengirola (13km) and is open to the public every 30 minutes in both directions by bus (line M220).
The little town of Marbella is famous for its beautiful old town, the central harbour with bars, the attractive long promenades, the luxury harbour Puerto Banus, the chic shops, the large market hall.
Towards Malaga is Fuengirola, a bustling and lively coastal town with many shops and restaurants.
There is a well-equipped supermarket Supercor (8h-22h) with its own bakery, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Large supermarkets are located along the main road towards Marbella and Fuengirola, the market hall (with fresh vegetables, fruit, fish) in Marbella is recommended!
Good starting position for versatile sports and leisure activities
Hiking: in the mountains of the many nature and national parks in the immediate vicinity (see map)
Tennis: top maintained clay courts at the hotel "Don Carlos" (2km), tennis school Hofsäss above Marbesa
