Not only nature lovers will be thrilled by this magnificent view of the coastal region. The villa is situated a little away from the tourist hustle and bustle in a beautiful panoramic location in Orba. Orba belongs to the district of "Marina Alta" and is well connected in a long valley near Denia. Here you will find the private panoramic villa with a fantastic view over the valley to the sea.
Enjoy your holiday with a bubbling bath in the in-house Jacuzzi.
The villa has a living area of 140 sqm distributed over two levels on a private plot of 800 sqm.
The approx. 32 sqm large, private pool has a Roman staircase. Enjoy the fantastic view and relax on the terrace which is equipped with sun loungers and two relaxation baskets. For a quick cool down in between, there is an outdoor shower. Adjacent to the pool terrace is another terrace with a comfortable dining set with parasol and awning. A Weber gas grill invites you to cosy barbecue evenings.
From the pool terrace you enter the main flat, which is equipped as follows:
Living-dining room with modern living ambience and large panoramic windows, equipped with SAT-TV, air conditioning and gas fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and other cooking utensils. Two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. An internet connection via WLAN is available for your free use.
One floor below, there is another flat with a separate entrance and air conditioning. It is equipped with a living room, open kitchen, bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine.
Also on this level you have a terrace with seating area and Weber gas barbecue at your disposal. For winter long-term rentals, the studio is generally not available, but can be rented additionally.
The main floor can be heated electrically (air conditioning and electric storage heaters). In addition, there is the possibility of heating with a gas fireplace and a gas stove. The costs for this are to be paid according to consumption. A baby cot and a high chair can be rented.
