The townhouse has been restored and now it is a charming holiday home, comfortably furnished and lovingly decorated. The attic floor can be reached by elevator or on foot. It offers a double bedroom, living / dining room, kitchen and a bathroom. On the roof terrace you can enjoy the Spanish sun and relax in the patio, in the shade. Included is a parking place in the underground car park under the Plaça Munnares, only a few minutes walk from the house

Guten Morgen, liebe Frau Prager,
Der Urlaub war trotz des Wetters sehr erholsam, wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht: ausschlafen, lesen, schwimmen - das Wasser ist noch so schön warm.
Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und liegt toll! Wir haben oft im Patio gesessen. Der Blick auf den Kirchturm ist einmalig! Das Auto war fast die ganze Zeit im Parkhaus - das ist wirklich ein tolles "Zubehör" zum Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchen. Wir kommen wieder.
