The Holiday home

The exterior area of this wonderful finca will get you disconnected from the daily routine. Start the day with a succulent breakfast at the dining table of the furnished terrace. Then, you will be ready to spend a joyful day of sun and beach, or maybe you rather hike or bike throughout the island. In the afternoon, the pool, which no doubt is the true protagonist, will be your meeting point. This is a salt-water pool that sizes 10 x 5 metres and with a depth that ranges from 1 to 1.7 metres. There are several sun loungers around, so that you can bask in the sun, and a great lawn area for the little ones to play after the swim. The best plan in the evening is to cook a delicious barbecue and end the day on the exterior coaches by a sparkling glass of champagne. In addition, there is an exterior bathroom with a shower for your major comfort. The property is fully fenced and the privacy is total, although there are neighbours nearby.

Inside the house is absolutely fantastic. It has been decorated with a great style, where the noble materials like the wood and the natural stone walls match the neutral tones and the colourful touches here and there. This is a two storey house full of light and comfort developed around the tower of an ancient windmill that has been transformed into the staircase of the house. From the exterior terrace we enter the beautiful living room where you can sit on one of the two sofas and watch a satellite channel film on the TV, while you cool down with the AC. Round the stoned wall of the mill we get to the dining kitchen. The table has room for 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped to comfortably cook during your stay: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and all kitchenware you may need. It also features AC. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house offers 5 bedrooms in order to rest. There are two of the on the main floor, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. Both have a wardrobe and AC. A modern shower bathroom completes this floor. Climbing the original staircase built into the mill tower we reach the first floor where you will find the rest of the bedrooms. Two of them present double beds and the last one has two twin beds. And again, all of them with a wardrobe each and AC. This storey is completed with two shower bathrooms. Finally if you are travelling with your baby, we'll be happy to prepare a cot and a high chair on request.

The property is located on the outskirts of sa Pobla, in a quiet and rural environment although near of all needed services at the same time, since it is only 2.5 km away from the centre of the village. Here you will find not only shops and supermarkets but also bars and restaurants where you can taste the great Mallorcan gastronomy while coming to know the local traditions. The village is on the way to the wonderful northern beaches: you will reach Playa de Alcudia, playa de Muro and Can Picafort in a less than 20 minutes drive. These are large sandy beaches with turquoise waters and all services where you will wish to spend most time of your vacation. You cannot miss the visit to s’Albufera, a protected natural park where you can know the local wildlife.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
