The Holiday home

Our guests will feel like in a true natural paradise where they can disconnect and enjoy total peace thanks to not only the 16.000 m2 property but also to the privileged forest landscape around. Here, you can even take a nice walk around after having breakfast at any of its fantastic furnished porches or after a good barbecue. However, the true protagonist is the beautiful salt water pool that sizes no less than 12 x 6.5 metres with a water depth ranging from 0.8 to 1.7 metres. It is the perfect place to spend the summer days, specially after sunbathing on one of the 8 sun loungers. The property is fenced and there are some neighbours around but they won't disturb you.

The interior of this two-storey house preserves a well cared and traditional style. The living - dining room is the perfect place for a long evening listening to some music or watching the satellite TV or a DVD movie. The kitchen also has dining room to enjoy the delicious dishes you'll cook on the gas top or the oven. The laundry room is independent and it features a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board and an iron. This same floor offers a toilet room, a bathroom with a tub and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with a double bed, an en-suite shower bathroom and exit to the terrace both of them. All bedrooms are equipped with a closet, air conditioning and space to accommodate up to two baby cots and high chairs. Finally, there are several TV sets throughout the house, all of them with satellite channels.

Porto Colom is a lovely village, still preserving its antic area and the ancient fishing port. On the other side of the port, you will find a much more modern and lively area offering services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. As this is a coastal village, it also features a great diversity of sandy beaches and nearby coves, being Cala Murada the closest one, only 6 km away. If you like practising sports like golf, the course of Vall d'Or in s'Horta is only 3.6 km away.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
