The house is set on 2 levels. From the entrance you can reach the living / dining room equipped with TV Sat and sofas as well a table for dine. The kitchen is small but equipped with the main important things and with a nice view on the countryside. Climbing 5 steps, there is the first floor composed by one double bedroom, one triple bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Please note that the owners personally looked for every piece of the furniture inside the house and main are original from that age.


The house is surrounded by 1500 square meters olive groves and about 700 meters are characterized by garden and by area ideal for the relax and a break. Around the house you can find a relaxing area with 2 comfortable armchairs original from the 60's and a table ideal for dine outside. The barbecue allows you to enjoy outdoors grills! There is also an above ground swimming pool with chlorine depuration which measures 4x3 metres with a fixed depth of 1,00 metres. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds and sun chairs and there is also an outdoor shower with hot water.

Casa Vintage is a lovely house which reminds you the lifestyle of the 60's. The owners, tastefully decorated the house finding and using the main things famous in the 60's. It's an adorable jump in the past! The house is set at the border of the historical centre of Santa Maria a Monte. The house has a strategic position due to its short distance to the main towns of Tuscany, infact Montecalvoli and Santa Maria a Monte only distances about 30 km from Pisa and Lucca, the beaches of Tirrenia, San Gimignano and Volterra are at about 50 km while Firenze is at about 60 km. Santa Maria a Monte is famous for its military strategic importance (the hilly position made it more defendable against enemy attacks), which has always been disputed between several Tuscan cities. As a matter of fact, Santa Maria a Monte passed from the influence of Lucca under the influence of Florence and, in the end, it became part of the Pisa territory. A famous landmark is Casa Carducci, where the Italian poet Giosuè Carducci is said to have spent his childhood. There is also the house of Galileo Galilei in the centre of the town. Famous products of Santa Maria a Monte are the potatoes, the olive oil and the shoes, Victor and Ambra Cavallini found here the perfect place for their Italian production.
