Description
The house has a quiet, beautifully overgrown garden at the back and a sunny garden facing the little street. Both gardens are fenced. A large balcony with sea view (3x6m) is not visible from the outside. All terraces are partly covered, so you can sit outside even in the rain. On the ground floor of the house there is an open kitchen with lots of comfort, a dining room and a living room. On the first floor there is a gallery room with a double bed and a single bed, as well as 2 further rooms with a double bed each, so that you can comfortably spend your holiday with 6 people. A parking space is available in front of the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated on the outskirts of the village on the heights of Portiragnes in the direction of Portiragnes Plage. The field is 30 meters away. You can reach the beach by bike in 20 minutes. By car in five minutes. There are plenty of free parking spaces by the sea.

Oh yes - almost a regular guest ...
... when we are drawn to the area of Portiragnes.
We have been in this house four times in the last few years and have never regretted it. The information in the description and the pictures are accurate; the landlord is German, so there are no language problems. Particularly noteworthy in my opinion is the key service: There is a small safe at the landlord's house, so that arrival can also be later. This takes away a lot of pressure and the need to constantly check the time.
Right around the corner, nature begins: important for dog owners.
Right around the corner is the cave: important for wine drinkers ;-)
The 3 terraces are also great. One directly next to a bedroom, the others partially covered. One has a summer kitchen (electricity, electric, gas, and charcoal grill are available for selection).
Portiragnes is a small, mostly developed place. Do not expect loud nightlife with discos here. However, there is a shortcut to the beach. Depending on how willing you are to walk, it takes 35-50 minutes on foot - it is much faster by car :-)) There are free parking spaces by the sea.
A nice, central starting point for excursions into the hinterland...and having dinner by the sea in the evening. Great restaurants to discover.
