This modern holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the private house.
It has a fenced garden with children's swing and two large terraces with sun loungers and a large barbecue. Inside consists of a large living room with sofa bed with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with washing machine and a large shower.
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV and parking are available and included in the price.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

The apartment is situated in a very quiet area, only 400 m from the pebble beach and 400 m from the centre of Fažana.
A nice restaurant is only 150 m away and a supermarket is only 300 m away.
The bakery is 300 m away.
Everything else is also in the pedestrian zone, a few minutes away.

Strandnähe hübsche Ferienwohnung
Wir waren im Sommer 2021 in dieser hübschen Ferienwohnung.
Zum Strand ist es ein kurzer Weg von 400 Metern.
Unsere Kinder 12,10,9,5 sind diesen Weg ohne Probleme gelaufen.
An jedem Fenster sind Mückennetze und Jalousien vorhanden.
Die moscitos in Kroatien haben uns Mal wieder gerne gehabt.
Die Kaffeemaschine musste getauscht werden, das ging ohne Probleme.
Auch Ivan sugar hat gute Arbeit geleistet und hat unsere Anliegen direkt an die Vermieter weiter gegeben.Als das deutsche Fernseh Programm nicht funktionierte kam Christian der Vermieter mit seinem Sohn und hat alles für uns Programmiert.
Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war der Parkplatz für unser Auto.
In der Beschreibung stand auf dem Hof bzw. An der strasse.
Allerdings hat der Besitzer der oberen Wohnung sein Auto direkt am Haus geparkt.
So war für uns kaum Platz vorhanden.
Da die Wohnung in einer - Einfahrt verboten- liegt, haben wir unser Auto dementsprechend Eine strasse weiter geparkt.
Alles in allem eine schöne FeWo für unsere Familie.
Wir würden diese Wohnung nochmals buchen.
Vielen lieben Dank an Sonja und Christian für das kleine geschenk am letzten Tag.
Total nett?.
Es gab für uns hauseigenes Olivenöl und ein Lavendelsäckchen.
