It has 2 bedrooms, living area with SAT-TV and music system, kitchen with dining area. The very well-equipped kitchen with 5 flames gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker and microwave make cooking an experience. It has two bathrooms and a washing machine. Two seats invite you to relax. Large covered veranda facing south with barbecue in the garden. The second seat is facing north and offers cooling shade over lunch. The apartment has central heating and air conditioning for all rooms. A travel bed or crib and a TripTrap high chair are available for small children. We welcome and look after our guests personally on site.

Location and surroundings of object
The FeWo is located in the outer quarter San Michele. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermercato with butcher and fish department. As well as bars and pizzerias. In only 15 minutes you can reach the old town on foot with all its varied offers that invite you to stroll. In the high season the center is closed for cars in the evening. People eat, dance and make music in the streets. There is a small fairground and various market stalls.
Beaches: It takes about 5 - 10 minutes by car to reach the child-friendly fine sandy beaches. In the apartment there is a guide describing the different beaches from Cea to Santa Maria Navarrese as well as the sights and excursions. Of course we are available with tips for our guests.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

20 Giga cost Euro 15,-, with larger need additional Giga can be loaded at any time.
For these you have to pay Euro 80,-.
For the electricity consumption Euro 0,50,- per kwh will be charged.
In the past we have found that a lump sum is too unfair. There are guests who use the electrical appliances, the air conditioning sparingly and guests who use it very generously. With a lump sum, one pays too little and the other too much. So we decided to charge the electricity according to consumption. At rental start and rental end, the electricity meter is read and the consumption is determined.
We think this is a fair solution, everyone only pays for what they really use.
