The approx. 45 m² ground-level holiday flat with step-free access to the south-facing terrace and garden has a living room with sofa bed (160×200 cm), armchairs and a 55 inch Smart TV as well as a dining area with 4 chairs. The integrated kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a 4-plate ceramic hob, an oven and a dishwasher. For use, high-quality furnishings and a complete inventory are a matter of course. The bedroom with double bed (180×200 cm) and wardrobe also has terrace access and space for a children's travel bed. Small hallway with wardrobe and shower room with WC and washing machine. Garden furniture with parasol is available on the terrace. You can store your bicycles/prams in the separate lockable shed. The shed is available for guests of the holiday flat "Morgenröte" and holiday flat "Morgenstern" (shared use).
