Kite View is located at the south boulevard in Noordwijk at one of the most beautiful kite surf spots in Europe. The 60 m2 apartment, renovated in 2017, offers a spacious living room with flatscreen smart TV, integrated kitchen-and-living-room and spacious dining area. From the south balcony (12 additional m2) you have a fantastic view of the North Sea. Two bedrooms are available: one with a box spring bed (160x200), the second with a bunk bed in sea cabin style. The sea cabin beds are safe for children, but also comfortable for adults. Those who like to hear the sound of the North Sea can also sleep on the corner sofa in the living room. Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.
The kitchen is well equipped and also offers (small quantities) coffee, tea, oil, sugar, spices, washing-up liquid unnecessary luggages!
Parking space for a car available (included) and bicycles can be stored in the garage.

Unbeatable!
For the third time, we have spent a wonderful and relaxing holiday in this holiday apartment, which leaves nothing to be desired. For example, there are sufficient kitchen utensils for cooking your own meals. The very friendly landlord responds immediately to any concerns and wishes. The fantastic location with a view of the North Sea cannot be beaten. During the pre-season, which we take advantage of, the residential complex is very quiet as it is mostly inhabited by owners. Additionally, the bedrooms face the courtyard. Exploring the surroundings by bike is a hidden gem! We have already booked another time and this will probably not be the last time!

Perfect but ......
This apartment is very suitable for beach lovers. But during the holiday, you also want to sleep in a bit, which was not possible the week we were there as a family. This was because on the 2 floors below us, there was a family with 4 small children who were already awake at 6:30 am and then ran through their apartment. The residence is quite old, I think from the early 70s, and therefore quite noisy. So, definitely not suitable for families with very young children!! Other than that, we had a great time.

Super schönes Wochenende
It was totally nice in the apartment. It is perfect and very cozy furnished, everything is there that you need, plus the great location and the beautiful view. We would love to come back. It was a very nice weekend.
And it was great for our dog too. She really enjoyed the beach and the many dog encounters.
To emphasize is the nice contact with the landlord.

I can only agree with the previous reviews. The landlord is very nice, and the communication was great. The apartment has everything, is nicely and modernly furnished. My 13-year-old son really liked the technology in the apartment.

Just great!
We, a family with 2 teenage children, spent a week in this great holiday apartment. Everything is available, lovingly decorated, and very clean. The view from the balcony is simply beautiful and not far from the town center. Communication with the landlord is perfect, he is available for questions and tips immediately. We would come back immediately.

Fantastic!
We (4 people, 2 adults + 2 children) stayed in the apartment for a week during the Easter holidays. Everything was perfect! The apartment is great. Clean, cozy furnishings, everything you need is there. The view from the breakfast table is directly on the sea!
A very nice contact with the landlord. Available at all times for questions. Really everything was top!

Excellent stay!
We were delighted with our stay and the appartment was perfect for us, well equipped and really comfortable! Located in a very calm area of town with a beautiful beach just opposite - it is really great. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here and the owner is extremely helpful and kind!

Super complete apartment with sea view.
The apartment is cozy and fully furnished, has a phenomenal view over the South Holland coastline and the dunes!
The host is welcoming and thinks along with you... which gives a welcoming feeling.
