The house has a living room, breakfast room and a separate living room has a cosy corner sofa where you can enjoy watching television, a large table and French doors to the outdoor terrace. The breakfast room or dining room is cosily furnished with a large sofa with tables and chairs where you can eat together. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob and fridge. There is also a washing machine, dryer and freezer. There are 2 's underneath. On the 1st floor are 5 bedrooms, each with a double box spring and a private bathroom in the room. The studio has a separate bathroom with bathtub, shower and washbasin. There is a separate one at your disposal. There is an outdoor terrace at your disposal where there is a large table with chairs. A large gas barbecue you can use.

Location and surroundings of object
Located on a county road, the house overlooks the Moselle and Calmont Mountain, Europe's steepest wine mountain. Here you can hike the via ferrata. You also have a view of the ruins the Kloster Stuben. The village of Bremm is located between Zell and Cochem and is perfect for great hiking and cycling trips. The cities of Trier and Koblenz can be reached by train. You can take a boat trip on the Moselle and visit lovely villages to enjoy a nice glass of wine on the many nice terraces along the Moselle.
