During the summer holiday season (July - August), we rent our houses for weekly, two-week or three-week stays. Arrivals and departures on Saturdays.

We offer you 3 Dutch houses situated on a fenced property. 2 summer houses with 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds), living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin. Maximum possibility of accommodation, up to 6 people (including children).
One larger house with 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a third bedroom with one single bed and 1 bunk bed), living room with a double sofa bed, kitchenette, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin .. Maximum capacity for 8 people (including children).
In front of each of the three outdoor houses, a large table with benches, a sunshade and a barbecue. On the property there is a playground for children, a small seasonal swimming pool. Parking spaces on the fenced property. (1 car for 1 cottage). There is a volleyball court nearby.
We provide bed linen, we do not supply towels.

Location and surroundings of object
Our Dutch summer houses are situated in Ustronie Morskie, in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist noise, where you can relax in comfortable conditions, listening to the morning singing of birds communing with nature. The houses are situated approx. 15 - 20 minutes. walk from the sea, approx. 850 - 950 m. They are situated on a hill, quite close to the center of the town, however, far enough away that you cannot hear the tourist traffic. There is a horse breeding farm next to our center, so our guests can watch grazing horses approaching our fence, which is a great attraction especially for children. Nearby (approx. 500 m) there is AQAPARK - a water park, where you can actively relax even on cloudy days, taking advantage of water entertainment, saunas, swimming pools, slides both inside and outside the facility. (for a fee) In our town there are several recreational complexes, sports facilities, a newly built euro field, an open-air gym, bicycle paths that allow you to visit the entire nearby coast, and even along the beach you can reach Kołobrzeg or Mielno. There is also a fishing harbor in Ustronie Morskie. Near our center there are a number of catering facilities, where you can buy full board. There are chain supermarkets and a local shop nearby.

- You will receive a half refund of the booking deposit minus the cancellation fee (50, - €) if you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before the planned date of arrival by 12:00 noon Central European time. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the planned date of arrival, are not refundable.
