Cancellation up to 35 days before the start of the rental 50% of the rental price, Cancellation 34 to 15 days before the start of the rental 80% of the rental price, Cancellation 14 days to the start of the rental 90% of the rental price. The non-refundable 10% of the rental price is for costs not incurred for water, electricity, etc. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which you can obtain from any travel agency. The basis for calculating the cancellation costs is the date of receipt of mail or email by the homeowner or his authorized representative. There is a possibility that the tenant may provide a replacement tenant under the same rental conditions. In this case, the cancellation fees will be waived for the period of the re-rental, and only a processing fee of €100.00 will be charged. Prepaid deposits must be settled between the tenant and the replacement tenant. b.) Cancellation or withdrawal in case of a pandemic: In the event of a border closure by the Spanish government, you will receive your deposit minus a processing fee of €100.00. Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location
We would like to thank the landlords and especially the property manager, Mrs. Richert, once again for the excellent two weeks of vacation in this beautiful holiday home. We felt very comfortable, everything was very clean and excellently furnished.
From our perspective, the house is sufficient for a family of four and recommended for a family vacation. A beautiful clean pool invites you to cool off on hot days. In summary, a dream vacation on the Costa Dorada in Miami Playa 2023.
