A nice holiday home suitable for family, group of friends or associations. There is a nice cosy living room with large cosy table and chairs for spending a pleasant evening over a glass of wine or beer. A corner sofa is available where you can sit and watch. The new kitchen includes oven, dishwasher microwave and large fridge. 2 bathrooms with a total of 3 showers and 3 toilets. 6 bedrooms including 4 doubles, 1 room with bunk beds and a bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single fold-out beds. All double beds are boxsprings. A large terrace behind the house with a large table and chairs is available. A BBQ is available for those who want an evening of grilling.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located opposite the cable car in Cochem. It is not on the main street but slightly higher up on the edge of a small forest
The town centre is within walking distance from the house. It is a detached house where you can sit quietly at the back on the terrace and not notice anything from the main street which is a bit lower. The house is accessible by stairs. Parking spaces for cars are available for a small fee. We have 3 private parking spaces located 2 minutes from the house.

- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

The holiday home an der Sesselbahn is located ± 150 m from the centre of Cochem. Cochem lies on the Moselle and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate.
The first thing you notice when driving into Cochem is Cochem's Reichsburg. This beautifully restored castle has watched over the city from atop a hill for more than a thousand years. Cochem has a lovely historic centre with beautiful baroque houses and half-timbered cottages.
The cosy narrow streets connecting the various squares in the town centre are a great place to shop. Many of the shops present focus on tourism in Cochem.
From Cochem, you can take beautiful boat trips on the Moselle and visit one of the other beautiful towns and villages near Cochem.
By cable car, you can go to the Wild und Freizeitpark in Klotten.
Cochem is easily reached by train.

From 2018, we have added this house in Cochem. This is extremely suitable for large groups We hope YOU have a nice time on the Moselle like us.
