You enter the apartment in the hallway, where there is a pantry and the entrance to the bathroom and the living room.
In the living room you immediately see the beautiful view, a comfortable bench, swivel chair and a TV. A dining table for four and also various games for cozy evenings.
In the bedroom you will find a double bed with two single duvets.
The stylish bathroom has a walk-in shower, a spacious sink and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine with a washing stander.

| We rent out weekly at sundays. The price is included Gas Water Light Internet Bedsheets and towels. Parking at the privatbox is for free. When that is not possible, you can park at the street using our permit at a special rate €2.- pro day. Please make effort to leave the apartment tidy. We take the right to charge extra when cleaning taking extra time. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Super Urlaubswoche
Es ist eine neue. modern eingerichtete und sehr saubere Ferienunterkunft. Es ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub braucht. Wir fühlten uns direkt wohl. Die Vermieter sind sympathisch und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung liegt nah am Strand und dass Zentrum erreicht man zu Fuss in fünf Minuten. Der Tiefgaragenplatz war im Preis inbegriffen, ebenso konnte man kostenfrei auf der Strasse parken.
Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Heerlijk verblijf in luxe appartement met zeezicht
Van alle gemakken voorzien, dit luxe appartement in de Zeesterflat met zicht op zee. Modern ingericht, ruim en schoon. Een ideale plek voor een vakantie pal aan het strand van Egmond!

Tolle, moderne Unterkunft
Wir haben eine sehr schöne, entspannte Woche im Zeesterflat verbracht.
Das Apartment ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nicht....
Die liebevoll eingerichtete, moderne Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend und die direkte Lage am Boulevard einfach nur perfekt.
Hetty und Nils sind sehr sympatisch und tolle Vermieter.
Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.
Das Apartment ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Strandurlaub - Stadturlaub
Das Haus wurde täglich gereinigt. Trotz der Größe des Hauses war immer alles sauber und gepflegt.
Die Wohnung war praktisch und gut eingerichtet.

Voortreffelijk verblijf !
Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad in een mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien appartement. Alles wat je denkt nodig te hebben was aanwezig. Wij hadden ook nog het geluk dat deze week het zonnetje volop aanwezig was, maar ook zonder dit voordeel kun je enorm genieten van de omgeving en het dorp zelf. Het appartement voldoet aan alle eisen en is prachtig gelegen aan de boulevard. Ook de parkeervoorziening voor de auto is aanwezig, kortom... een klasse verblijf.
