Description
Our Ostfrieslandhuus, newly built in 2015, is located in the upper Drosselstrasse area. From here you can reach the dyke, the beach, shops and restaurants in just a few minutes on foot or by bike. Free guest beach chair on the beach (approx. April - September).

The holiday home is approx. 110 sqm and has a large, bright living/dining room with kitchen (+ baby high chair), a handicapped room (nursing bed with bars), a storage room and a large sauna bathroom (with shower/WC) on the ground floor. There is space for up to 4 people in the sauna.
On the upper floor there is another shower-bath/WC as well as a bedroom (double bed) with TV and a 3-bed room (one double bed + one single bed) with TV.
The bathrooms and the living/dining area as well as the hallway are equipped with underfloor heating.
Fly screens on the windows and fly screen doors are available.
In total there are 5 sleeping places plus 1 baby travel bed and one bed for disabled persons.

Direct access to the beautiful garden (south-west facing). From the sauna bathroom and the bedroom on the ground floor you walk onto the small terrace on the north side. Large sunshade, barbecue.
The approx. 350 sqm garden faces south or south-west (in summer evening sun until about 21 h) and has a large sun terrace.
On the northern side there is also a terrace for our sauna guests.
Of course, the house is comfortably heated during the heating period (), partly with underfloor heating.

Top ausgestattetes Haus mit kleinem Makel
Das Haus und die weitläufige Umgebung bietet alles was man benötigt, um ein paar ruhige und entspannte Tage zu verbringen.
Das einzige Makel waren allerdings die Boxspringbetten, die dermaßen durchgelegen waren .

Wir haben die Betten überprüft und auch Rücksprache mit vorherigen Gästen unseres Hauses gehalten. Niemand - weder frühere Gäste noch wir selbst - können bestätigen, dass die Betten durchgelegen seien. Wir verstehen, dass das individuelle Schlaf- und Liegeempfinden möglicherweise zu einer differenzierten Sichtweise führen kann.
