Location and surroundings of object
Salema is a small fishing village, not yet overrun touristy, and is located within a protected landscape area of the Western Algarve, between Lagos and Sagres. This part of the Algarve knows no "bed castles" around you will find beautiful, secluded beaches. A fantastic place to relax.
Salema is separated from the water by the beach promenade. The beach is located on a large bay framed by bizarre rocks. A few hundred souls are part of the dreamy and picturesque fishing village, which spruces out every spring for the guests. Young and old are always welcome here.

The Algarve is a haven for athletes. The diverse landscapes and the favorable climate allow almost every sport. On the one hand, the plains and river valleys invite for hiking and the steep slopes for hang-gliding. On the other hand, the sea lures for fishing, swimming, diving, sailing, surfing or surfing.
The Algarve has already been awarded as the best golf destination in the world. At the top is the golf course of Penina (18 holes, par 73). The beautiful Parque da Floresta complex will be completed in about 5 minutes by car.
We will gladly inform you with information for rental cars, excursions, sights, restaurants, sports and leisure opportunities or with tips about the region.
