It has a spacious living/dining area with Swedish oven in a cosy country house atmosphere, SAT/TV, radio/CD, WLAN, fully equipped kitchen/bread baking machine, shower/WC with hairdryer, 2 bedrooms for 4 adults and 1 bedroom with bunk bed for the little ones. A covered terrace with wooden garden furniture, deckchairs and sunshades as well as a newly built wooden terrace with seating and lake view invite you to relax. A grill is available for barbecue fans. Parking is available directly in front of the ground floor bungalow. The holiday resort is located in a nature reserve above the climatic health resort of Gardola (approx. 3 km). In the complex there is a pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, children's pool and playground. During the high season, children's entertainment is offered. A lifeguard is also available. There is also a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. This is located directly next to the reception. The usage costs 4,00 € and has to be paid in advance at the reception. Password for WLAN application is also available at the reception for a fee.
The visitor's tax of the municipality of Tignale is €, but only from the age of 14. Guests under the age of 14 are exempt from visitor's tax.

Location and surroundings of object
From the bungalow, 5 minutes on foot away, is the administration, which is happy to help you with questions about the complex and around Lake Garda (eg markets, etc.). Bicycles can also be hired there. For the use of WLAN you will also receive the corresponding password there. Above the reception you will find the heated swimming pool with paddling pool and lots of sunbeds with umbrellas (free of charge). In this area are also a chess board, a table tennis table, a kicker, a trampoline and lots of other possibilities to let off steam. In the high season there is an animation program for children. Pets on request.
Tignale is an Italian municipality with 1317 inhabitants (as of ). It is located between Gargnano and Limone sul Garda on the western side of Lake Garda in the province of Brescia in the Lombardy region. The main town of Gardola and the five other districts belong to the municipality of Tignale: Piovere, Oldesio, Aer, Olzano and Prabione. The neighbouring municipalities are Gargnano, Magasa, Tremosin and Valvestino. Although Tignale lies about 500m above the lake, it still has a small fishing port by the lake. The Sanctuary of the Madonna di Montecastello is a famous sight. In Gardola there is an oil mill that can be visited every Thursday with a guided tour. Doctor, pharmacy, supermarket, butcher, baker and some very inviting cafes and restaurants are also available.

A dreamlike place
We have been going to Lake Garda for several years now, to the little house in the mountains, and we always look forward to it immensely. The view of the lake and the mountains, the tranquility in the complex, the restaurants in close proximity (very good value for money) and the Mediterranean atmosphere leave hardly any wishes unfulfilled. Besides relaxing, you can go hiking, mountain biking, climbing, swimming in the lake, go boating, surfing, and much more. The couple Galle/Geiger have furnished the house with attention to detail and are extremely helpful with any questions regarding the vacation. That's why we love to come back sooo much.
