The apartment is located on the ground floor surrounded by a beautiful park, very central and quiet.
On one side it goes through the garden directly to the kilometer-long sandy beach with many Chringuitos, unmissable on Nikkibeach next to the hotel Don Carlos. On the other side it works
over a bridge directly into the center of Elviria with all the shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants of all tastes, Tappas bars, and a small marketplace.
Bus stop to Marbella and also Fuengirola and Malaga are nearby. A car is not essential.
