The 72m² holiday flat in the villa is in a fantastic location, above the beach promenade of Sassnitz, with a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique view of the Baltic Sea and the harbour from the 24m² panoramic roof terrace.
The 72m² holiday flat has a bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a small separate kitchen, a living room and a dining room with access to the spacious roof terrace with panoramic views of the harbour and the Baltic Sea.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, cooker, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster.
There is a large double bed in the bedroom. In the dining room there is a sofa bed as extra bed for 2 children up to 16 years.

The apartment is located in the center of Ribnitz Damgarten, centrally between Rostock and Stralsund on the southern shore of the lagoon coast. The bay and the bike path are only about 50m. You can swim in about 4km away Bernsteinsee or at about 10km away from the Baltic Sea beach Dierhagen. Ribnitz Damgarten is about 10 km from the Baltic Sea beach in Dierhagen. Particularly interesting sites are the Amber Museum and the amber factory in Ribnitz Damgarten. There is also a swimming pool, a bowling alley, a boat rental, bicycle rental and tour boats. And 13 kilometers away there in Ostseebad Dierhagen beautiful beaches.
