The approx. 60m² large, modern and comfortably furnished holiday flat for 2-4 people is located on the ground floor of our house on an enclosed property.
The flat has a parking space directly in front of the house, a garden terrace and a barbecue fireplace, which invite you to barbecue and relax in good weather. The 60m² holiday flat has 3 rooms (a combined living room and bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bedroom) SAT-TV and stereo system.
The spacious kitchen-cum-living-room is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine etc.) and a cosy seating area. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
Cot and high chair are available.

The apartment is located 300 meters from the flat sandy beach. The ferry to Rügen Hanseatic cities of Stralsund and Greifswald are both 15 minutes away by car.

The rate is valid for three adults. It is possible for an extra beds, with 5, - EURO is calculated per person per night. The additional Kinderaufbettung (up to 3 years) is free. We have own a dog and a cat - Small pets are welcome. Females are not a problem, dogs do not like our Hovawart so much. Pets cost 2, - Euro per night.
