The large, comfortably furnished living room with satellite TV and radio on the ground floor and has direct access to the "sea view terrace". The independent kitchen with additional access to the garden is fully equipped with a dining counter, dishwasher and electric stove füt 6 people. A small shower room with toilet is also located in a generous, canarisch crafted staircase leads to the upper floor. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with two sinks, shower, toilet and bidet. One bedroom has a double bed (200 x 200) and a terrace with sea views. The other bedroom has two single beds (100 x 200) and a large balcony. The newly created garden with barbecue area and outdoor shower is about 350 square meters. Garden furniture and loungers are vorhandenIm garden is our little Casi, a bedroom for 2 people.

Our new Canarian house, with magnificent sea views, situated above the town on the main road to the Costa Calma. In just 10 minutes you come to the Palms - Playa (a natural beach), with a beverage and snack - bar TARAJALEJO is a small fishing village in the south of the island, about 45 kilometers from the International Airport are. The center of the village is 15 minutes walk from our house. There you will find shops, restaurants and bars.
