A terraced end house in quiet upper floor of the house are the three bedrooms with a total of six beds, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate ground floor is the large kitchen with table and six chairs, microwave, toaster, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, and a refrigerator and living room equipped with cable TV and HiFi - connection to the living room is the conservatory with exit to the garden (garden furniture available).For cold winter days is in the conservatory a fireplace. The house is completely furnished for up to six people. Bed linen, towels and all additional costs are included in the price.

House is located in a quiet location 5 minutes up to the tank dam hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. After Lennep it takes minutes with the car. Buy a 10 minutes walk. A bus stop can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Remscheid has many attractions such as the X-ray Museum, the first drinking water dam, the Müngsten bridge, the historic old town of Lennep and beautiful hiking trails.

great house
We are 6 technicians and felt very comfortable. We wished that the construction site would not be finished yet. The landlord is very polite and helpful. If we have to work near Remscheid again, we will definitely come back.

We found a beautiful house. Clean! Very luxurious furnishings! The landlord had us picked up from the airport with a transfer service, the driver also had the key to the house. We come from America.

Everything is fine.
The house is very quiet in a great location. A very clean and well-maintained house. The only disadvantage we felt was that a car is needed for shopping.

I'm sorry, but by far, this was the dirtiest apartment we have ever had. We spent 2 hours cleaning the kitchen, the floor was so sticky! It was raining inside the conservatory, and the wood was moldy. The outdoor grill needed to be cleaned of cigarette butts and pressure washed. We quickly closed the oven door and didn't use it. The pots still had food remnants from previous occupants. The sleeping area was fine, but all the bedding, although certainly freshly washed, smelled of cigarette smoke, as did the towels. The bathroom and toilet have no windows. There was dirt, soil, cobwebs, etc., everywhere in the conservatory.
The only advantage was the extremely quiet location.
