This unique, completely newly renovated holiday villa for 2 to max. 4 persons (children only from 10 years) is situated in a quiet and convenient location, nestled in vineyards, in an oasis of peace, far away from road traffic in a corner house of the villa complex "I Vigneti del Garda". The Mediterranean flair of the surrounding hilly landscape is characterised by cypresses, vineyards, olive groves, oleanders and palm trees. The hustle and bustle is far away, but the lake with various beaches is very close (2 km). The famous thermal baths of Colà are within walking distance. Those who love the hustle and bustle can reach the beach promenade and the narrow picturesque streets of the old town of Lazise with its colourful, turbulent hustle and bustle in a few minutes (3 km). The charming little towns of Garda, Bardolino, Peschiera and Sirmione line other lakeshores in the immediate vicinity. Valeggio and Borghetto on the Mincio, Villafranca and Verona with their medieval castles and historical monuments, many charming natural beauties, several popular theme parks and shopping centres are also nearby.
The villa includes a fenced green area with cypresses and palm trees, 2 huge, partly covered terraces with private heated Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Sun and shade spots are available at will. We spoil you with sun loungers, a Hollywood swing and several seating/dining areas. The flat is bright and well-kept, designed with love and offers more than the usual comfort. It is approx. 75 sqm and consists of a living room with sofa bed and 2 bedrooms, one of which is connected to a winter garden. In the bathroom you will find a large shower, bidet, washbasin and WC; a washing machine is also available. The kitchen is equipped with all desirable appliances and utensils. 24h WLAN, satellite TV and radio, various games and books are also available. The air conditioning is charged according to consumption. Very close to the entrance gate, accessible through a locked gate, is a shaded private parking space.
The absolute highlight of this exclusive holiday villa is approx. 60 sqm of terraces, where the gentle morning sun already awaits you early in the day. Listen to the cuckoo calls, let yourself be enchanted by colourful birdsong and enjoy your breakfast in the sun or take a seat in the shade. The sun accompanies you on the terraces all day long, until the evening sunset. A light breeze usually makes the hot sunshine hours easier to bear. At mealtimes, you can choose your table according to temperatures and sun or shade. A rattan seating area is good for small snacks. You can cool off in the adjacent private whirlpool in between meals. Relaxing massages through different types of jets will do you good there and pleasantly relieve possible small aches and pains. Afterwards you will feel as if you have been reborn. Forget everyday life and spend a relaxing wellness holiday with your loved ones!
The exclusive, completely redesigned pool area - certainly one of the most beautiful on Lake Garda - lets you enjoy the "dolce vita", as the Italians say. It consists of a large pool, approx. 25 m x 13 m, a children's pool for splashing and playing, as well as another pool where you can lie down in the water together with the sun loungers. Those who want to let off steam will find the opportunity to do so in the adjacent sports zone. There is a volleyball court, which is also used for tennis, a bocce court, table tennis tables and space for badminton and ball games. In the small kiosk next to it, you can refresh yourself with cool drinks and ice cream from vending machines. Small snacks and good coffee are also available.
The best way to get to the lake is by car, so you can also take deckchairs from the flat. There are good parking facilities almost everywhere near the lake. We recommend the beaches next to the charming harbour of Pacengo, where you can also rent pedal boats, and the Lido Ronchi, just after Gardaland.
Directly in the centre of Colà you can reach a bakery, a supermarket, a hairdresser's and a pharmacy in a few minutes' walk (approx. 800 m). You can also treat yourself to culinary delights at the ice cream parlour, a bar, a restaurant or a pizzeria, or order a pizza to your home.

Location and surroundings of object
The area around the lake is known for the many homemade pasta. Eating fish is a special treat. Lake Garda is also in the fall and already in February beautiful and the climate is mild spoken. Cola / Lazise is only 10 km from the highway exit Affi away. The village center is about 800 m: supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, restaurants, pizza home delivery service. The lake is about 2 km. The thermal baths are within walking distance from the famous cities in 5-20 min

TOP equipped vacation apartment in a quiet location
We were thrilled with this apartment. Two great conservatories, a small but well-equipped kitchen, a whirlpool, free WiFi and tasteful decor convinced us. Additionally, the use of the communal pool in this residential complex was another highlight. We would like to mention the friendliness of the landlady in particular. We recommend the apartment for couples and families with one child between the ages of 12-18. The village of Cola has a small supermarket and some restaurants. In the nearby Pesciera (about 5km away) there are several large supermarkets (ALDI, Famila, Eurospar, etc.). The Gardaland amusement park, Moviepark and a water park are all about 2km away.

Nicht rollstuhl/behindertengerechte Wohnung
Direkt am Anreisetag wieder abgereist.
Eine Waschmaschine versperrte den Zugang zur Toilette.
Dieses Bad ist für Rollstuhlfahrer viel zu klein und die Dusche ist wie zugesichert nicht barrierefrei.
Die Zusatzbetten sind für Erwachsene nicht brauchbar. Die Vermieterin lehnte auf Bitten
jegliches Entgegenkommen ab und weigerte sich zuerst eine Teilrückerstattung auszuzahlen.
Mir wurde von Seiten der Vermieterin eine behindertengerechtes Appartement zugesichert.
Zur Klärung der Angelegenheit wurde ich von der Vermieterin aufs Übelste beschimpft.
Nicht mal einen Stern wert!

A dream
We were there with our family. The rooms are big enough and the equipment left nothing to be desired. The landlady was very caring and supported us at all times to enjoy a wonderful holiday. We will certainly be back!!!

Entspannen und Wohlfühlen
Als wir, meine Lebensgefährtin und ich, diese Wohnung betraten, waren wir überrascht. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass in den Anzeigen die Beschreibungen arg übertrieben sind, in diesem Fall gewiss nicht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum: geräumige Zimmer, 2 Schlafzimmern bieten Platz auch für 4 Personen, farblich harmonisch gestaltet, tolle Außenanlage mit Grünfläche, Terrasse, Wirlpool und Dusche, Grill, Sitzecke, Liegen, Pflanzen, Wintergarten mit Pelletsofen. Dazu die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum See und der Perle des Gardasees, dem Städtchen Lazise.
Und das Verhältnis Preis/Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir haben in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung 2 Wochen Urlaub verbracht und können nichts negatives sagen. Ein sehr herzlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und
sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, perfekt zum entspannen.
Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in den umliegenden Städten, besser geht es nicht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön

I always try to be friendly and helpful, but I hate to disturb my guests during their holidays! I attach particular importance to cleanliness, so that my guests can also feel very comfortable in terms of hygiene. I own pets myself and therefore know from experience that a flat cannot be cleaned as desirable in a short time after a dog's stay. That is why, out of respect for the following guests, I do not accept pets in the high season.
