The villa is located by the sea in a beautiful terraced garden (600 sqm) with sunbathing area and 8 x 4 m pool. It can accommodate a maximum of 10 people and has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a spacious living room with seating area and open fireplace, a large open-plan kitchen and Spanish-style anterooms. Huge terraces extend to 3 sides on 2 floors with garden furniture. There is a double garage.
The living area is approx. 250 sqm. There is a stereo system, radio, CD, satellite TV, 4-plate ceramic hob with oven, fridge/freezer, air conditioning, mosquito nets on windows, dishwasher and a washing machine.
The house is fully networked and also has an ADSL connection to the internet. For example, you have a network or internet connection in almost every room.
The house costs in the low season (March - May) 1400 € / week, in the high season (June - August) the house costs 1800€ / week, in the low season (September - December) the house costs 1400 € / week, and in the winter season (from 7 Jan until the end of February) the house costs 1250€. The costs for the use of towels and bed linen, electricity and water consumption, as well as pool maintenance for all price categories are 200 €.

La Herradura is in a valley with Mediterranean and tropical climate surrounded by the Sierra Nevada and the Mediterranean. The subtropical climate is responsible for the La Herradura is a favorite of Spanish (barely known abroad). Sports enthusiasts can pursue their inclinations fully tennis, diving, paragliding, mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking, golf and all kinds of water sports on offer.
