The apartment (75 m²) features three rooms, balcony and is perfect for 5 people. The living room is equiped with a sofa-corner, Sat-TV, computer with ADSL internet, DVD, videorecorder, hammock, bean bags and Floccati-carpet. An additional person can easily sleep on one of the sofas. The bedroom has a new double bed, spacious wardrobe and a television. The third room has a sofa which opens into a comfortable double bed , a library, desk and chair and access to the balcony. For your literary leisure choose from our wide range of books located in the pretty and spacious lobby and in the third room's kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, large fridge, E-stove, oven, microwave, toaster, a coffee machine, juicer, A large table provides enough space for 5 people. How to get there:
Coming form the freeway A 10 EXIT Salzburg Airport, go ahead to the first traffic light, then turn left to the Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse. At the end of Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse turn right to Maxglaner Hauptstrasse. After having passed a small bridge, turn immediately left to Straubingerstrasse. At the end of Straubingerstrasse turn left to Ganshofstrasse. It's the second house on the left side, a light green house.
Salzburg's particular blend of sophistication, charm and elegance is best experienced by simply wandering the city environs, preferably without a map. A perfectly preserved Baroque city, with a vibrant Old Town, there are enough Alpen peak indicators, church towers and friendly (multi-lingual) townspeople to prevent any prolonged loss of way.
Steps from the city's spacious squares and garden parks are numerous entryways to the historic Old Town - a truly genuine ambience brimming with cobblestone alleys, medieval signs and tempting fragrances. Tiny shops abound, selling the most tantalizing sweets, as well as antiques, crafts and fashions.
The name Mozart is, of course, synonymous with Salzburg. His birthplace is today a virtual museum exhibiting details of his life, music and operatic productions. He personally did not thrive in Salzburg, thanks in part to the presiding Archbishop that kept the city and the monetary rewards of its salt mines under tight control.
But music will prevail: an available guestroom is rare during the Mozart Week in January or during the world renowned Salzburg Festival, held every summer in July and August. During the remaining months the various churches, palaces, parks, theaters and Mozarteum Concert Hall saturate the air with music - heard as one wanders Salzburg's enchanting alleys and squares.

Very nice, clean holiday apartment.
We (5 adults and a baby) felt very comfortable in the very nice, clean and fully equipped holiday apartment. The apartment is in a very quiet location and offers parking in the courtyard. The city center is easily and easily accessible on foot. We would definitely come back again if we visit Salzburg.

great place to stay in Salzburg
What a great place to stay! The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood only a 10-15 minute walk from the city center. Parking is included and a very good pizza place is nearby. A car in not necessary if you are only going into the city.
The apartment is very spacious and four of us had plenty of room. Everything you would need is there and I would definately stay again. Thanks again Dr. Ruth.

The three of us (3 friends) were in your great vacation rental for 3 nights. It was wonderful. Everything you need is there. We had a lot of fun and felt very comfortable. You can reach a lot even without a car. The time passed too quickly. But if we ever want to visit Salzburg again, we would be happy to stay with you again anytime!!! absolutely recommended
We spent a short vacation in Salzburg and chose this apartment for it. That was a good decision. Rarely have we found such a good equipment. The apartment is lovingly and generously equipped and very clean. It is located in a pretty neighborhood with a quiet environment. The distance to the old town is also okay to walk. We would come back anytime. Conclusion: Absolutely recommendable!
