The 3-story apartment house "Aquamarina" (classified by DTV) is directly on the sand dunes on the peninsula Steinwarder main bathing beach. On the other hand, the house site borders the lake of Heiligenhafen its own private beach. Here, surrounded by sea and green you will find peace and relaxation. The rental price for an overnight stay for up to three people. Each additional person 10, - to 12, - EUR, depending on the season.

Cancellation terms:
- Die Buchung (der Vertragsabschluss) ist für beide Teile bindend nach Anzahlung gemäß Buchungsbestätigung. Ein Rücktritt ist per Einschreiben bis sechs Wochen vor Mietbeginn (Postaufgabe) möglich. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist haftet der Mieter in voller Höhe für eventuelle Einnahmeausfälle durch Nichtantritt des Urlaubs bzw. durch nicht rechtzeitige Nachweisung eines Ersatzmieters. (Es empfiehlt sich also, eine entsprechende Versicherung zum Schutz abzuschließen.) Erfolgt der Rücktritt fristgerecht, so werden die bereits eingezahlten Beträge nach Abzug einer Pauschale (50,- Euro) innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurückgezahlt. Bei Buchungen innerhalb sechs Wochen vor Antritt der Reise gilt die Buchung für beide Vertragsparteien sofort bindend mit der Anzahlung. Für den Vermieter besteht ein außerordentliches Kündigungsrecht, sofern die Anzahlung nicht fristgemäß, d. h. vor Übernahme des Mietobjektes erfolgt ist.

Always great
This time, too, the holiday in Heiligenhafen was super. So much has changed for the better - a great place.
The flat is functional and nicely furnished.
The view from the flat of the mostly blue Baltic Sea is always beautiful.

Summer holiday 2018
I can only say THANK YOU . We had a wonderful holiday. The apartment is completely sufficient for a family of 4. The living and dining area is beautifully bright and from the balcony you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea. It is only a few minutes' walk to the harbour, where you can enjoy a coffee or a bite to eat in beautiful surroundings. A few steps further and you are in the great city centre where you can find everything you need
I'm sure I've forgotten a lot, but one thing is for sure: it was great and we'll definitely be back!

Very satisfied!
We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. We liked it very much and everything we needed was there. We attached particular importance to good mattresses and a good couch. Everything was to our satisfaction. If the apartment had blackout blinds, it would be perfect. The location is brilliant for us. From the balcony you have a great view of the Baltic Sea, even from the dining table you can see the Baltic Sea. Special thanks to the house manager Mrs. Ochsen, she is very friendly and always approachable. The communal garden on the Binnensee and the lounge for all guests (inside and outside) is very well maintained, with beautiful flowers, really to feel good.We will definitely spend another holiday there.

Wiederholte erholsame Tage
Auch diesmal haben wir "alten" drei Damen (79, 87 und 88 Jahre alt) den Urlaub in Ihrem so liebevoll eingerichtetem Apartment wieder genossen.
Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Jahr.
