The house with the integrated holiday flat was completed in 2005 and has a beautifully maintained garden with various fruit and olive trees. The holiday flat is in the rear part of the house with a view of the "Monte Spada".
The holiday flat is accessible for our guests at any time through a large spiral staircase with a separate entrance. A balcony with stylish furniture invites you to have breakfast on the balcony in the morning and start the perfect day. Rental in the summer months June, July, August min. 7 days.

The equipment:
The kitchen-cum-living room offers all the utensils you need to prepare your own meals. A complete fitted kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, crockery, TV, ironing unit and a washing machine are at the full disposal of our guests.
The bedroom has a large double bed and a large wardrobe. In addition, there is the possibility to accommodate a bed for a child. Early in the morning the sun shines into the bedroom (if the blind is not down) and will gently wake you up to enjoy the day.
The new bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and stylish bathroom furniture.
Outside we have installed a shower for our guests to rid themselves of sand and salt from the beach. Can only be recommended to take a short shower under the early evening sun. There is also a barbeque grill to cook something delicious in the evening. The village itself has a beautiful old town built on a rock. A visit to the "Castello dela Fava" is a must for anyone visiting Posada. From the roof, accessible via a small staircase inside the castle, you have a magnificent view over the entire town and the vast countryside. Various bars, restaurants, pizzerias, newsagents, supermarkets, garages for cars, petrol station, pharmacy and much more are located in the village. Numerous events are organised during the summer. (Folklore dances, typical lectures of the "Poetas")
Of course, the landlords in Posada are always at your disposal during your stay. They can also give you tips, help and suggestions for excursions.
