Very neat, cozy and fully equipped apartment (35sqm) in a holiday villa. Living room with kitchenette, dining area and sofa bed, bedroom with large double bed and closet, wardrobe, bathroom with shower / toilet, large terrace with canopy and open fireplace, large inviting garden with olive trees, cypress and palm trees. Satellite TV, stereo, refrigerator and much more. Your apartment is located 500 meters from the lakeshore in a Mediterranean hillside and is part of the charming and peaceful Villaggio Santa Marina, a residential community with 19 houses. Before the villa are two car parking spaces available. Fifty feet away is the 15 x 10 m swimming pool of the complex with the lawn.

Front of the villa there are two parking spaces available. Fifty meters away is the 15 x 10 m swimming pool of the plant with a lawn. To the lakeside town of Cisano there are a few minutes walk.

Schöner Urlaub zu zweit
Wir waren jetzt drei Mal in Bardolino und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der letzte Besuch war 2013, die Bewertung kommt erst jetzt auf Bitten des Vermieters. Machen wir aber gerne, weil wir immer guten Kontakt hatten und alles sehr freundlich und sehr korrekt gelaufen ist.
Die Anlage ist gepflegt und wirkt nicht touristisch, auch in der Hauptsaison kann man sich gut erholen. Das zur Wohnung gehörige Grundstück hat mit den Palmen und der großen Zypresse zusätzlich ein besonderes Flair. Wirklich traumhaft! Auch ansonsten waren wir rundum glücklich. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, sehr nah gelegen zum See und eine Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
