Very modern (2002 renov.), Mediterranean-style and fully equipped apartment (65sqm) in a holiday villa. Living room with dining and sitting area, fireplace, satellite TV and hi-fi; Kitchen with stove, dishwasher and large fridge (with freezer compartment); 2 bedrooms with large double bed (200 x 200 cm) or twin beds; Shower room with toilet. The living room is oriented to the lake back and leaves through the large windows a lot of light into the apartment. From the balcony you have an almost unlimited view of the lake. You can have breakfast, sunbathe and watch the sunset there comfortably. For a special atmosphere in the living room of the fireplace provides. Here you can relax in the evening and the open fire genieß manicured garden with olive, cypress and palm trees to relax. Not far from the house is the 15 x 10 m swimming pool of the complex with the lawn.

Your apartment is located in Bardolino (district Cisano) 500 meters from the shore in a Mediterranean hillside and is part of the charming and peaceful Villaggio Santa Marina, a residential complex with 19 houses. Front of the villa there are two parking spaces available. Fifty meters away is the 15 x 10 m swimming pool of the plant with a lawn. To the lakeside town of Cisano there are a few minutes walk.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee in einem gepflegten Wohnpark mit schöner Grünanlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Netter Kontakt mit Vermieter, der u. a. auch empfehlenswerte Tipps hatte.
