Live (max. Three of us) in a central yet quiet apartment (62 apartment + 12 sqm balcony) with views of the sea and over the roofs of Nice. Let it all hang on the southwest-facing balcony with plenty of sun or in the garden by the pool the soul. The flat with lift and garage is located on the 3rd floor of an enclosed complex in Nice in uptown Mont Boron. We have the apartment completely renovated and furnished with charm and care. From the hall you reach the kitchen, 1 bedroom (solid wood bed x 2m, latex mattresses), bathroom, WC, 1 light flooded, large living-dining room (26 sqm) with access to the balcony. Enjoy from the balcony the sunset over the Alps.

In the city center are by car in 10 minutes, by foot in 30 minutes, by bus in 15 minutes (bus stop 5 minutes, buses every half hour to 19 hours). A supermarket is 10 minutes' walk up the hill; in 10 minutes you are on a small beach and the harbor.

Super as always.
After some time, we were able to find another week that was free and suited us. The flat is in top condition and the location and view are priceless.
We made many excursions and used the bus ticket extensively. In the evening we looked forward to the flat and ended the day with a glass of rosé.
We will come again. Thanks to the Paradeis family.

Dream view in a quiet neighbourhood and yet central
The flat is centrally located (15 min. walk to the centre) and offers a breathtaking view of the harbour and the city. If you want to take public transport, there are three bus lines to choose from at the nearby bus stop. The car can be safely left in the secure underground garage.
The flat is equipped with everything you need for your holiday and everything, really everything, works perfectly and is of good quality and clean! The handover of the flat took place without any contact with codes and worked smoothly. There is also a detailed information brochure in the flat with all the necessary information. Internet connection also top! Quiet and safe environment. We found the flat exactly as described and shown in the pictures and will be very happy to come back!
