The Holiday home

The greenery of the garden, surrounded by fruit trees and plants, emanates an admirable beauty thanks to the natural stone all around. Relaxing on the four sun loungers together with the amazing mountain views will become a dreamy moment not to forget. The chlorine pool, perfect for a refreshing dip, sizes 3 x 3 metres and it has a 1.50 metres depth. If you come with you children, they will enjoy the pool while you have some coffee or wine under the traditional arbour. For dinner, or maybe for lunch, you can prepare an exquisite barbecue at the porch. the plot is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

The house comprises 3 floors. When you enter, a great hall leads to the bathroom and an antique olive press -as if in a museum- where the olive oil was made in the past. Then, climbing the stairs from the hall you access the first floor where you'll find: the living - dining room -with satellite TV and AC-; the kitchen with a ceramic top; a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom; and the porch with access to an exterior bathroom where you'll also find the laundry room -with sinks, washing machine, iron and ironing board-. The last floor offers a second bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms feature a wardrobe and AC and the 3 bathrooms have a shower. Finally, a baby cot and a high-chair are available.

Location is perfect because the house is near the village square where you will find the restaurants, shops, supermarkets and lots more. Fornalutx is a beautiful village in the middle of the Tramuntana mountain range, limiting with the beautiful and full of history villages of Soller and Escorca. As it is placed between the valley of Soller and the peak of Puig Major, is the perfect place for those who love nature, and long hiking or biking excursions. All surrounding villages are equally extraordinary and incomparable, being one of the most special, cared, protected and interesting areas not only for locals bout also for tourists. Definitively, you will feel at home and surrounded by peace.

The pool is only available form 1st May to 31st October.
Pets are not allowed.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
