The villa is situated in an absolutely unique position between the lake and the sea, in which it has direct access, and has a garden of 1000 square meters with old trees.
The villa overlooks 15 km of wide beach: part with numerous bathing establishments and part of the free beach with numerous restaurants by the sea.
A cycle path connects the beach to the center of Sperlonga up to the National Museum and the Cave of Tiberius.
We provide 3 bicycles included in the price.
Within 200 meters are the supermarket, a nautical center where you can practice all water sports.
The villa adjoins the villa of the famous film and theater director LUCHINO VISCONTI.
The sea of Sperlonga and the Lungo Lake bordering the villa, for years have obtained the annual recognition of BLUE FLAG that rewards the localities with environment and unpolluted waters.
