In the lovingly renovated Villa Quisisana, directly on the beach of Binz, you will find
modern holiday flats with modern comfort:
Flat 13 was renovated and refurnished for you in 2018.
The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a new kitchenette with dining area and beautiful seating furniture
An electric fireplace provides an atmospheric ambience in the evening. The couch can be used as a bed if required.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The comfortably furnished balconies are accessible from the living room and have a beautiful side sea view
The west balcony has a side view of the pier, the east balcony has a side view of the sea.
Furthermore, there is a small master bedroom with a double bed and a very small children's bedroom with a bunk bed
Please note: The mattresses in the bunk bed are 0.70 x 1.80m
A cot (fully covered) and high chair are available free of charge
The marble tiled bathroom is equipped with WC, real glass shower and hairdryer.
The holiday flat is located on the third floor (attic).
From May to September, a beach chair is available free of charge on the beach in front of the villa.
Children up to 12 years stay free of charge!
House guests can use a sauna with relaxation room and shower on the ground floor of the villa free of charge.
A cosmetic and massage studio in the house will be happy to pamper you.
You are also welcome to use the offered bread roll service and newspaper service.

The Villa Quisisana is a historical gem directly on the beach promenade of Binz. It is in a prime, central location directly on the Binz bathing beach, only 3 minutes from the centre of Binz and the pier. Restaurants and shopping facilities are in pleasant proximity.

For a 5th person (3 years and older) there is an additional charge of 10 €/night. Linen packages (= bed linen, 1 shower/ 2 towels) can be ordered for 20,- € if required. - Im Falle eines Beherbergungsverbotes wird Ihre Buchung kostenfrei storniert. Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden erstattet. Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

Strandurlaub mit Ausblick!
Zwei sehr erholsame Urlaubswochen haben wir in der Villa Quisisana verbracht. Die moderne Einrichtung und die beiden Balkone mit seitlichem aber trotzdem netten Blick zum Meer haben uns gut gefallen. Aufgrund des super Sommerwetters haben wir uns aber mehr am Strand als in der Wohnung aufgehalten! Da die Villa direkt am Wasser liegt, war es mit den Kindern sehr entspannt und unkompliziert.
Unsere Kleinen wurden sehr freundlich wahrgenommen. Wir haben uns hier alle sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt!

zu empfehlen
alle Familienmitglieder waren sehr zufrieden, Sauna genutzt, Massagen wurden angeboten vorab am Strand durchpusten lassen und der Ausblick war toll. Im Sommer bestimmt sehr schön mit den Balkonen - merken wir uns vor. Danke an die Hausdame mit vielen kleinen netten Tipps.

schöne Familienwohnung
Die Wohnung vergügt über einen tollen Ausblick. Den Balkon konnten wir auch noch nutzen Dank des schönen Wetters und unsere Zwerge fanden das Etagenbett spannend. Die Villa hat viel Charme und das in 1. Reihe. Für uns war die Wohnung und das Haus genau das Richtige. Sehr gerne wieder.

Ganz oben mit schönem Ausblick!
Für einen kurzen Sommerurlaub haben wir die Villa Quisisana gebucht. Diese historische Strandvilla mit sehr gepflegter Außenanlage hat uns sofort gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung 13 liegt ganz oben im Haus mit 2 schönen möblierten Balkonen auf denen man entspannt sitzen und den Ausblick auf das Meer genießen kann. Die Ferienwohnung war neu und und sehr schick möbliert und frisch renoviert. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!!
