There are several different budget accommodations available on our tropical property like guesthouse rooms,apartments or complete beach vacation home either as a 3 bedroom or as a 5 bedroom holiday home is rented by private owner.
German managed wooden/stone beach house is built in the past colonial style of furnished and decorated the Caribbean way with beautiful matching our accommodations are well located just opposite the beautiful white Sandy beach.
There is a sea view and beach view from most part of the patio but not from the vacation home is just a stroll away to all amenities of the main tourist strip St. Lawrence Gap in Barbados.

It is approx. 15 meters/yards to the sea and the lovely Sandy Beach but there are other beaches nearby.
Airport transfer to accommodation is about 20 bus stop is about 50 yards/meter away. There are buses, mini-buses and route-taxis going to the capital Bridgetown (approx. every15 min.) and to other parts of the island until midnight. The bus fare is $ BDS. The center of St Lawrence Gap (main south coast tourist area) is about 5 minutes walk. In St. Lawrence Gap you will find hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, discos, banks, Supermarkets and different shops. Golf, Squash, Tennis, Fitness center and most water sports like diving, sailing and Jet Ski’s are easily accessible.

Studio flat summer 60 US and winter season 85 US for 1-2 persons, 3 bedroom house summer 140 US and 180 US winter season up to 6 persons & 5 bedroom house summer 260 US and winter season 350 US up to 10 persons. Minimum booking period on request. All above prices are per night with fans and without air conditioning. Air conditioning can be added on site for an additional fee. I stayed in a room of guesthouse & flats Cleverdale many times over years with my boyfriend. The guesthouse and the flats are located on the south-west coast of Barbados.
The 3 bedrooms are matching decorated and have good beds. All rooms have their own bathroom. They share a complete kitchen, living-dining room and a large ocean view veranda. We have relaxed in the evening on the veranda to listen to the sea. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to hotels, restaurants, night life and shops of the favourite Saint Lawrence Gap. Bus stop to many places on the Island is just 100 yards away from the house.
I can recommend the guest-house rooms and flats which are clean and in a very good location at beach guesthouse Cleverdale in Barbados. Really value for money.
